abstract |
The invention discloses a method and system for purifying raw salt. The method comprises the following steps: preparing and obtaining raw salt slurry; removing insoluble impurities to obtain a mixed salt clear liquid A containing SO 4 2- , Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ ; Add CaSO 4 seeds into the mixed salt clear liquid A, add CaCl 2 to obtain CaSO 4 crystals and mixed salt clear liquid B rich in Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ ; add Mg(OH) 2 seed crystals , adding Ca(OH) 2 to obtain Mg(OH) 2 crystals and calcium-containing clear liquid C; adding CaCO 3 seed crystals, adding NaCO 3 to obtain CaCO 3 crystals and refined NaCl brine. The invention can break through the technical bottleneck that the sedimentation rate is too slow when the magnesium hydroxide flocs are separated separately, and realize the synchronization of the raw salt refining and the magnesium recovery process. |
