The advantages of the invention are that the operation is simple, and the ion conductivity of the anion exchange membrane of the same composition can be improved without increasing the cost. The anion exchange membrane texturing method provided by the invention increases the specific surface area of the anion exchange membrane, thereby increasing the size of the fuel cell.
