titleOfInvention | A primer set and kit for detecting human erythrocyte rare blood type genotyping |
abstract | The invention discloses a primer set and a kit for detecting rare blood type genotyping of human erythrocytes, covering about 35 erythrocyte antigens or phenotypes. The present invention designs specific primers and Taqman probes for the above-mentioned antigen gene sequences, including the primers shown in SEQ ID No. 01 to 95 and the corresponding Taqman probes, which are divided into 16 primer groups. The present invention also provides a kit containing the above-mentioned primer set and Taqman probe combination. The invention has the following technical effects: using multiple Taqman fluorescence quantitative PCR detection, multiple detections in one tube, accurately and efficiently meeting detection requirements; five types of primers designed - normal mismatch-free primers, weak mismatch primers, and medium mismatch primers , strong mismatch primers and combined mismatch primers greatly improve the specificity of primers. |
