abstract |
The invention discloses an apple histone deacetylase MdHDA6 gene, the nucleotide sequence of its coding region is shown in SEQ.ID.NO.1. The present invention also proves that the above-mentioned gene can regulate the stress resistance of plants, and is especially applicable to improving the stress resistance of apple plants. The present invention clones apple MdHDA6 gene sequence and its coding region sequence from "Gala" apple for the first time by PCR or RT-PCR method. Experiments have shown that over-expression of MdHDA6 in apples can improve the ability of stress-resistant plants, which has a very large market application prospect. |
