abstract |
The present invention relates to the field of immunity and antibody medicines, in particular to anti-B7-H3 monoclonal antibodies, anti-B7-H3×CD3 bispecific antibodies and applications thereof. The present invention provides a mouse anti-human B7-H3 monoclonal antibody, and its binding activity to B7-H3 has been demonstrated by protein-based and cell-based immunization methods. The present invention also provides novel bispecific antibodies targeting CD3 and B7‑H3, and demonstrates that the antibodies mediate potent cytotoxicity against various B7‑H3 positive cancer cell lines in vitro by promoting the activation and proliferation of T cells active. This bispecific antibody also showed potent antitumor activity in a mouse model of adoptive transfer xenografts. The results show that the novel anti-B7‑H3×anti-CD3 bispecific antibody has potential for the treatment of B7‑H3 positive solid tumors. |
