abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of medicinal chemistry, and specifically discloses an avena gluten amide alkaloid, a preparation method thereof, and an application in the preparation of an antipruritic product. The avena gluten amide alkaloid has the structure shown in formula I or formula II. The preparation method of the avena gluten phenolamide alkaloid specifically comprises the following steps: taking the reaction substrate caffeic acid analog, adding an organic solvent, adding 4-(2-aminoethyl) phenol and triethylamine under stirring, and 3 HATU was added after ~6 minutes; after the addition of materials, the reaction was continued at room temperature for 3 to 6 hours, TLC monitored the disappearance of the reaction raw materials; the stirring was stopped, the reaction system was evaporated under reduced pressure to remove the solvent, and the residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography to obtain the Avena glutenamide alkaloids. Research shows that the avena gluten amide alkaloid or the composition thereof has excellent antipruritic effect; therefore, the avena gluten amide alkaloid or the composition thereof can be used to develop antipruritic products. |
