titleOfInvention Method for co-producing diaminotoluene and ethylene urea derivatives by amine hydrolysis of tar residue
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of TDI tar residue recycling, and in particular relates to a method for co-producing diaminotoluene and ethylene urea derivatives by aminolysis of tar residues, in particular to the aminolysis of urea substances and ethylenediamine in TDI tar residues. The reaction obtains diaminotoluene and ethylene urea organic chemical intermediates. The method adopts ethylenediamine to amolyze the TDI tar residue by stepwise feeding, and the aminolysis product is subjected to salting out with saturated brine, organic solvent solvent extraction, hydrazine hydrate reduction, and recrystallization, separation and purification, and the purity can reach more than 97%. The invention has mild process conditions, low equipment investment cost, high product purity, and can realize industrialized large-scale production.
