The invention provides a preparation method of a catalyst for preparing aromatic amines by liquid-phase hydrogenation of nitro compounds. The catalyst is prepared by an impregnation method, including the steps of preparing a carrier, supporting, reducing, and calcining and activating. The method utilizes TDI tar residue to prepare catalyst carrier, and realizes the resource utilization of TDI tar. While recovering hydrogenation active metal in TDI tar residue, the synergistic effect of N element in TDI tar residue and hydrogenation active metal is used to enhance the catalyst. The hydrogenation activity of the catalyst improved the activity of the hydrogenation catalyst. The invention also provides the use of the catalyst for preparing aniline by hydrogenation, and the catalyst has excellent reaction performance and good stability. |
