abstract The invention discloses a method and application for improving the yield of total flavonoids and total polysaccharides in an aqueous extract of clematis clematis. A response surface optimization method is used to design an extraction method for the effective substances of clematis clematis, and the optimal two-component extraction process is obtained as follows: : the liquid-material ratio is 21:1 mL·g 1 , the extraction temperature is 71° C., and the extraction time is 88 min. The clematis aqueous extract can be used in the preparation of liver-protecting drugs and hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering drugs, and can effectively inhibit the activities of α-amylase, pancreatic lipase, α-glucosidase and cholesterol esterase, and protects the Liver injury caused by CCl4 .
