titleOfInvention A kind of environment-friendly preparation process of captan without peculiar smell
abstract The invention discloses an environmentally friendly preparation process of captan without peculiar smell. After reacting to generate captan, part of the liquid phase is filtered and discharged, and then water-insoluble and density less than 1 g/mL is added to the part containing captan. Organic solvent, by making the organic solvent fully disperse and mix with the water phase, the perchloromethanethiol in the liquid phase is dissolved into the organic solvent, and the organic solvent is separated after standing and layering, and then the remaining mixture is heated. Alkaline hydrolysis of residual perchloromethanethiol in the remaining mixture was carried out by using an organic solvent in a sealed environment for extraction. Compared with the traditional method of washing captan products with organic solvents to remove perchloromethanethiol on the surface, there will be no organic matter remaining on the surface of captan, thereby significantly improving the quality of the finished captan.
