titleOfInvention | A nanozyme-based protein detection sensor array and protein detection method |
abstract | The invention discloses a nanozyme-based protein detection sensor array and a protein detection method, which belong to the field of biological sensors. The sensor array of the present invention includes three sensing units, each unit contains one nano-enzyme, namely: PPy@MoS 2 @Au, PPy@MoS 2 @Ag and PPy@MoS 2 @Pd. Enzymes have different responses to changes in enzymatic activity for different proteins. The invention utilizes the constructed protein sensing array to convert the qualitative of the target protein into qualitative and/or quantitative determination of a color indicator containing hydrogen peroxide, detects the UV-Vis absorbance value by a microplate reader, and draws the PCA of the target protein 2D or PCA‑3D maps. According to the 95% confidence ellipse corresponding protein on the map, the qualitative and/or quantitative determination of the target protein can be easily and quickly realized, which can provide a new idea for quickly distinguishing proteins, and has broad application prospects. |
