titleOfInvention A Bacillus subtilis that degrades DON and its application
abstract The invention provides a strain of Bacillus subtilis for degrading deoxynivalenol and its application, belonging to the technical field of microorganisms. The Bacillus subtilis described in the present invention is named Bacillus subtilis (Bacillus subtilis) GXKCU1, and is preserved in the Guangdong Provincial Microbial Culture Collection Center with the preservation number of GDMCC No.62040. The Bacillus subtilis GXKCU1 of the present invention can use DON as a fermentation substrate for fermentation, and metabolizes DON to synthesize high value-added products such as theobromine, lupinine, cinnamyl alcohol, and geraniol. The Bacillus subtilis GXKCU1 of the present invention has a highest degradation rate of vomitoxin of 56.4%, which can effectively reduce the harm of vomitoxin.
