In certain embodiments, the present disclosure provides a method of increasing the production of a recombinant polypeptide of interest, the method comprising: a) seeding mammalian cells in a feed fraction at a viable cell density of at least 5106 viable cells/ml in a batch bioreactor; and b) culturing the cells under optimized culture conditions to produce high titers of the recombinant polypeptide of interest. |
