In the nucleic acid described above, the perfluoroalkyl group is directly or indirectly bonded to the 5' terminal or the 3' terminal of the nucleic acid, or the perfluoroalkyl group is indirectly introduced between two nucleotides. Also, a nucleic acid pharmaceutical product comprising, as an active ingredient, a nucleic acid containing a perfluoroalkyl group having 2 to 10 carbon atoms, which may have 1 to 5 ether-bonding oxygen atoms between carbon atoms.
