titleOfInvention | Application of umbilical artery in preparing graft vascular material for coronary artery bypass and method for preparing graft vascular material for coronary artery bypass |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of biomedicine, in particular to the application of umbilical artery in the preparation of graft vascular material for coronary artery bypass and a method for preparing the graft vascular material for coronary artery bypass. The invention explores the feasibility of applying the umbilical artery to coronary artery bypass from the aspects of the umbilical artery physiological and anatomical structure, antigen-removing and anti-calcification treatment effects, animal experiments and the like, and seeks a new source of grafted vascular material for coronary vascular reconstruction. The test results show that the umbilical artery can meet the requirements of grafting vascular material for coronary artery bypass in terms of physiological anatomical structure and physical properties; hydraulic expansion can increase the caliber of the umbilical artery and prevent spasm, but it does not cause obvious damage to the vascular structure. The umbilical artery treated with liquid nitrogen deep hypothermia and glutaraldehyde (GA) has good de-antigen and anti-calcification effects, has little impact on the physical properties of blood vessels, is easy to implement, and can be stored for a long time. |
