The present application relates to a health detection method, device, equipment and medium, which are applied to smart door locks, wherein the detection method includes: collecting thermal imaging data of a target user when a target user is detected to trigger a target operation; using thermal imaging The data generates a thermal image map of the target user; the thermal image map is analyzed by using a preset health information analysis library to determine the health status of the target user.
