The method includes the following steps: 1) determining three end members of the source of phosphate; 2) obtaining the content of stable oxygen isotope δ 18 O p in phosphate in each end member water body, and the water chemistry in each end member water body 3) Measure the traceability data in the traced water body; 4) Identify and calculate the stable oxygen isotope δ 18 O p and the content of each water chemical characteristic substance in the traced water body based on the Bayesian algorithm and the endmember mixed model of mass conservation sources, and the proportion of each source’s contribution.
