abstract | The invention discloses a device for measuring the iron loss of a high-speed permanent magnet motor, comprising: a driving motor, a motor to be measured, a non-contact sensor and a temperature sensor. The drive motor includes a shaft and a stator, the shaft rotates around the axis, and the stator is provided with windings. The motor to be tested includes an unmagnetized first permanent magnet, and the motor to be tested and the drive motor are coaxially arranged. Non-contact sensors measure the rotational speed of the shaft without touching the shaft. The temperature sensor is arranged on the stator to measure the temperature of the winding. By controlling whether the first permanent magnet is magnetized, controlling the shaft speed to be constant, and recording the input power difference of the drive motor before and after the magnetization of the first permanent magnet, and recording the temperature difference of the winding, the iron loss of the motor to be tested is calculated. The invention mainly solves the problems of lack of consideration of copper loss and lack of control variables in the traditional method for measuring the iron loss of a high-speed permanent magnet motor. |
