The detection report can be received within 1 minute to 5 minutes by using the kit of the invention, and the detection result is accurate and convenient. The present invention has monoclonal antibodies on GPI (G6PI), GPI monoclonal antibodies and polyclonal antibodies are coated with colloidal gold and combined with polyclonal antibodies to act as colloidal gold, which can improve the sensitivity of the kit, and can also be used in combination with polyclonal antibodies, and is applied in Immunoturbidimetry (immunotransmission turbidimetry, immune scattering turbidimetry, immune latex turbidimetry), ELISA method, chemiluminescence method, microfluidic chip method, magnetic particle method, colloidal gold diafiltration method and chromatography method , while extending to GPI antigen-antibody (both monoclonal and polyclonal) binding reactions.
