abstract The invention provides a detection method for yellow green penicillin, including extraction, purification and determination. The extraction includes centrifuging the sample to be tested with an acetonitrile-water solution to obtain the supernatant, and then adding n-hexane to centrifuge to obtain the lower supernatant; purification includes purifying the lower supernatant through a solid-phase extraction column, taking purified liquid nitrogen and blowing it dry. Dilute to volume with acetonitrile to obtain the liquid to be tested; the determination includes using high-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole/electrostatic field orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry to determine the peak area of the liquid to be tested, and then compare it with the concentration of yellow green penicillin prepared by external standard method- The peak area standard working curve is calculated to obtain the concentration of penicillin in the sample to be tested. The adsorbent of the solid phase extraction column is a macroporous polymer polymerized from divinylbenzene and N-vinylpyrrolidone. The detection method of the invention can obtain a cleaner target extract, the matrix effect is significantly improved, the recovery rate is high, the test reproducibility is good, the detection accuracy is high, and the trace analysis requirements can be met.
