Dilute to volume with acetonitrile to obtain the liquid to be tested; the determination includes using high-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole/electrostatic field orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry to determine the peak area of the liquid to be tested, and then compare it with the concentration of yellow green penicillin prepared by external standard method- The peak area standard working curve is calculated to obtain the concentration of penicillin in the sample to be tested. The adsorbent of the solid phase extraction column is a macroporous polymer polymerized from divinylbenzene and N-vinylpyrrolidone.
