titleOfInvention | A kind of high temperature-resistant enterococcus faecalis and its preparation method and application |
abstract | The invention relates to a high-temperature-resistant Enterococcus faecalis and its preparation method and application. The invention screens and obtains a high-temperature-tolerant Enterococcus faecalis Q68 through strain separation, physiological and biochemical identification, high-temperature domestication and ultraviolet mutagenesis treatment , was deposited in China Center for Type Culture Collection on January 5, 2022, and the deposit number is CCTCC NO:M 2022020. The strain has good genetic stability; compared with overnight culture at 50°C, the survival rate can reach 91.9%. The invention provides the fermentation method, and the fermentation product can be further prepared as bacterial agent, which can be used in feed as a probiotic additive, and has the advantages of reducing feed-to-meat ratio, reducing diarrhea rate, and being biologically environmentally friendly. |
