titleOfInvention A kind of emulsion polymerization binder for lithium battery negative electrode instead of SBR and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses an emulsion polymerization binder for replacing SBR with a negative electrode of a lithium battery. Monomer, water, emulsifier (combined with several emulsifiers) and water-soluble initiators. The monomers include but are not limited to: acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, methyl methacrylate, styrene, acetic acid One or more of vinyl ester, butyl acrylate, isooctyl acrylate, acrylamide, N-methacrylamide. In the present invention, a simple and environmentally friendly method is used to obtain a polymer binder which is better than SBR styrene-butadiene rubber emulsion and more suitable for use in lithium batteries, and can improve the performance of existing lithium batteries. SRB binder, the selected monomer is very stable and reliable after polymerization, and has good aging resistance and high and low temperature resistance.
