abstract The present invention discloses a series of PROTAC polypeptides with amino acid general formula (1) targeting DDX24 protein degradation, the specific sequence of which is: (1) R1-Ahx linker-E3 ligand-R2. Among them, R1 is a polypeptide that targets and binds to DDX24 protein, including TVCTWYCYCAAYQRA or LT(p)FEHYWAQLTS(p), and the linker is a branched or unbranched, cyclic or acyclic chain containing 6 carbon atoms represented by Ahx , the amino acid linking part of the saturated or unsaturated chain, the E3 ligand is the ligand of the ubiquitin ligase VHL (ALAPYIP). R2 is a cell penetrating peptide, including R D RR D RR D RRR or RRRRRRRR (RD refers to D -configuration arginine, R refers to L-configuration arginine). The present specification generally relates to compounds of general formula (1) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R1, R2 are any of the meanings defined herein. The present specification also relates to the use of such chimeras and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof in the treatment of tumors in human or animal bodies.
