The invention discloses a preparation method of a PI3K nanobody, and relates to the technical field of nanobody preparation. The preparation method includes: constructing a nanobody phage display library, and then performing PI3K nanobody screening and prokaryotic expression based on the nanobody phage display library. Compared with conventional antibodies, the PI3K nanobody prepared by the preparation method provided by the present invention has the advantages of strong stability, good solubility, good antigen binding, easy expression, and easier mass production. |
