The invention discloses a chiral bisphosphine skeleton compound, a preparation method and application thereof. The structure of this type of compound is a chiral bisphosphine skeleton compound shown in formula I, wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 and R 4 are independently C 1 -C 10 alkyl, C 3 -C 10 cycloalkyl, C 1 -C 4 alkoxy, C 6 -C 10 aryl or "C 6 -C 10 aryl substituted by one or more R 7 "; when there are multiple R 7 substitutions, the substituents are the same or different ; R 7 is C 1 -C 6 alkyl, C 1 -C 6 alkoxy or C 1 -C 6 perfluoroalkyl; R 1 is different from R 2 , and R 3 is different from R 4 . The transition metal catalyst prepared by the chiral bisphosphine ligand of the present invention has remarkable catalytic effect when catalyzing a symmetrical reaction, the product yield is good, and the product er value is high. |
