The compound of the present invention has potent BCL2/BAK blocking activity, potent inhibitory activity against BCL-2 (G101V) and BCL-2 (D103Y), and potent proliferation inhibitory activity against mutant cell lines. It can be used alone or in combination with other drugs to treat infectious diseases, immune diseases, inflammatory diseases or abnormal cell proliferation that benefit from the inhibition of anti-apoptotic protein BCL-2.
