The present invention relates to the technical field of manufacture of special materials, in particular, to a method for manufacturing a carbon component and a carbon component manufactured therefrom. Through the selection of raw materials such as carbon sources, binders, curing agents, and the utilization of powder granulation methods, the present invention improves the density and strength of the green body, and reduces the probability of graphite or carbon parts being damaged during the manufacturing and transfer process. ;Through technologies such as slurry extrusion, slurry stereolithography, 3D printing, powder laser curing or selective laser sintering, integrated rapid manufacturing of complex structures, large-scale, high-strength, high-purity graphite or carbon parts can be achieved ; Through cyclic pretreatment and vacuum pressure impregnation, the density of the green body is further improved, and finally the density and mechanical properties of graphite or carbon parts are improved. The manufacturing method of the graphite or carbon component disclosed by the invention is particularly suitable for the fields of semiconductor, photovoltaic industry, aerospace and the like. |
