titleOfInvention Low temperature co-fired ceramic material and preparation method thereof
abstract The present application provides a low-temperature co-fired ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The low-temperature co-fired ceramic material includes the following raw material components by mass percentage: 27%-30% Li 2 O, 17%-44% SrO, 7% to 29% CaO, and 22% to 25% SiO 2 . Since the low-temperature co-fired ceramic material generates a phase with a low melting point Li 4 SrCaSi 2 O 8 structure, the sintering temperature can be lowered without additionally adding a glass phase. In addition, by adjusting the content of strontium oxide and calcium oxide in the raw materials, the dielectric constant of the low-temperature co-fired ceramic material can be 8.4-9.5; the Q×f value is 41300-64000 GHz; 60ppm/℃, it is expected to be used for the manufacture of microwave devices such as low-temperature co-fired ceramic substrates, microwave integrated circuit substrates, resonators and electronic product packaging.
