abstract | The invention provides a water-reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. The water-reducing agent is prepared in parts by weight, and its preparation raw materials include: 30-40 parts of a polycarboxylate water-reducing agent intermediate, 2-5 parts of a wetting agent, 3 -10 parts of co-dispersing agent, 45-65 parts of deionized water; raw materials for the preparation of polycarboxylate water reducing agent intermediates include: 120-150 parts of prenol polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether, 2-5 parts of acrylic acid, 2 -4 parts of fumaric acid, 1-2 parts of oxidizing agent, 0.5-2 parts of reducing agent, 1-3 parts of chain transfer agent; the acid-to-ether ratio of the intermediate polycarboxylate superplasticizer is 3.5-4.2:1, and the weight average molecular weight is 15000‑20000. The water reducing agent of the present invention is prepared by adopting a reasonable proportion of a polycarboxylate water reducing agent intermediate, a wetting agent and a co-dispersing agent. The wetting agent improves the wettability of concrete. Acid water reducer intermediate, complementary advantages and effective dispersion of stone powder and cement particles, can effectively improve the wettability and dispersibility of machine-made sand concrete, thereby improving the workability, mechanical properties and durability of machine-made sand concrete. |
