A method for preparing a C5 fraction selective hydrogenation catalyst, wherein the carrier of the catalyst is alumina or mainly alumina, and has a bimodal pore distribution structure, and the catalyst active component contains at least Pd, Mn, Ni, Cu, and is characterized in that wherein Ni and Cu are supported by microemulsion, so that Ni and Cu are distributed in the macropores of the carrier; Mn is supported by solution method, Pd is supported by solution method and microemulsion method, and most of Pd is supported by solution method , a small part of Pd was loaded by microemulsion method. It can be used for the selective hydrogenation of crude isoprene in C5 raw materials, and has good hydrogenation selectivity and anti-coking performance. |
