The present application relates to the technical field of coatings, and more particularly, to an anti-corrosion topcoat and a preparation method thereof. The anti-corrosion topcoat is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 200-300 parts of phenolic epoxy resin; 100-150 parts of polyamide resin; 5-8 parts of film-forming aids; 2-3 parts of defoamer; silicone oil/ 150-200 parts of asphalt composite emulsion; the silicone oil/asphalt composite emulsion is prepared by blending and modification of silicone oil, coal tar pitch, fluorocarbon resin and nano inorganic filler. In the present application, by incorporating the silicone oil/asphalt composite emulsion, the weather resistance and anti-corrosion protection performance of the coating are significantly improved, and the coating is not prone to peeling, cracking or peeling after curing to form a film. |
