titleOfInvention A kind of method for preparing ethylbenzene and xylene from oxygen-containing compound
abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing ethylbenzene and xylene from oxygen-containing compounds. The method comprises: 1) performing a first aromatization reaction on an oxygen-containing compound stream OX1 to obtain an aromatic hydrocarbon-containing stream 2; 2) performing a second aromatization reaction on a C2+ non-aromatic hydrocarbon stream 10 to obtain an aromatic hydrocarbon-containing stream 11; 3) stream 2 is separated from the stream 11; 4) the ethylene-containing C1-C2 stream 211 is subjected to an alkylation reaction with the benzene stream 231; 5) the oxygenate stream OX2 is subjected to a side chain methylation reaction with the toluene stream 241. The method of the invention adopts four reaction zones of oxygen-containing compound aromatization, non-aromatic hydrocarbon aromatization, alkylation and side chain methylation to form a reaction system, and directly utilizes the ethylene of the C2 component in the reaction product without separating, respectively passing The technical solution of increasing the production of ethylbenzene and producing xylene in the process of ethylene alkylation and toluene side chain methylation solves the above-mentioned technical problems, and can be used for the production of ethylbenzene and xylene.
