titleOfInvention Modules for signal transmission/reception and corresponding communication equipment
abstract Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a module for signal transmission/reception and a corresponding communication device. In an embodiment, a circuit includes a first 90° hybrid coupler, a second 90° hybrid coupler coupled between a first antenna terminal and a second antenna terminal, a low noise amplifier pair (LNA), and a power amplifier pair (PA) ° hybrid coupler and a third 90° hybrid coupler. The LNA pair is configured to receive the first signal from the first antenna terminal and the second antenna terminal, and has an output configured to be coupled to the receive path. The second coupler is configured in a power combiner mode for receiving the first signal. The PA pair is configured to transmit a second signal via the first antenna terminal and the second antenna terminal, and has an input configured to be coupled to the transmit path. The third coupler is configured in a power splitter mode for transmitting the second signal.
