abstract The invention discloses a method for analyzing single vesicle storage in dopaminergic neurons induced and differentiated by iPSC technology. The method sequentially includes the preparation of Nano-tip microelectrodes, the recovery and culture of human pluripotent stem cells, the directed differentiation of dopaminergic neurons, and the detection of single vesicles. In the present invention, the single-cell analysis technology based on Nano-tip microelectrode is combined with the human-derived Parkinson's disease model induced by iPSC technology, and a method for single-vesicle analysis in a single neuron is constructed, which is a kind of Parkinson's disease disease model. Physiological research provides a new chemical perspective, providing a new platform and avenue for new drug discovery in PD and other neurodegenerative diseases.
