The invention discloses a synthesis method for highly selectively chlorinating or brominating saturated carbon-hydrogen bonds in alkanes into corresponding chlorinated or brominated alkanes under electrochemical conditions, and relates to the technical field of pharmaceutical synthesis. The synthesis method includes: in an electrochemical reaction cell, dissolving alkane, catalyst, electrolyte and halogen source in a solvent, connecting electrodes, and reacting with electricity at room temperature, the saturated carbon-hydrogen bonds in the alkane can be selectively halogenated to corresponding of halogenated alkanes. This method can be widely used in the large-scale synthesis of various drugs. |
