abstract |
The present disclosure provides methods for treating an individual with renal cancer, the method comprising administering to the individual a therapeutically effective amount of: (a) specifically binds to the programmed death-1 (PD-1) receptor and An anticancer agent of an antibody or antigen-binding portion thereof that inhibits PD-1 activity; and (b) another anticancer agent. The other anti-cancer agent may be an anti-angiogenic tyrosine kinase inhibitor or an anti-cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen-4 (CTLA-4) antibody. The present disclosure also provides kits for treating an individual with kidney cancer, the kits comprising a dose of an anti-PD-1 antibody, a dose of an anti-angiogenic tyrosine kinase inhibitor or an anti-CTLA- 4. Another anti-cancer agent of the antibody and instructions for using the anti-PD-1 antibody with the other anti-cancer agent in any of the disclosed methods for treating kidney cancer. |
