The present invention provides a device for preparing KA oil by oxidation of cyclohexane, comprising: a micro-mixer; a micro-reactor connected with the micro-mixer; and optionally, a gas-liquid connected with the micro-reactor A separator; wherein, the micro-mixer is a lamination-type micro-mixer or a chaotic-type micro-mixer. By adopting a laminated micro-mixer or a chaotic micro-mixer, the invention can fully ensure that the materials are mixed evenly, greatly enhance the gas-liquid two-phase mass transfer efficiency, thereby shortening the reaction time, and also improving the safety performance of the reaction.
