titleOfInvention | Liquid crystal sensor for visually detecting organophosphorus pesticide and detection method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a liquid crystal sensor for visually detecting organophosphorus pesticide and a detection method thereof, belonging to the technical field of pesticide detection. First, a carboxylated glass substrate is modified with a metal salt solution. Then, the organophosphorus pesticide is dripped on the modified surface, and the liquid drops are placed until the liquid drops are dried. A sample glass slide and another glass slide modified by DMOAP (N, N-dimethyl-N-octadecyl-3-aminopropyl trimethoxy silyl ammonium chloride) are assembled into a liquid crystal cell in a sandwich mode by using a Mylar polyester film, and the liquid crystal cell is placed under a polarization microscope for observation. Due to the competitive coordination of phosphorus-oxygen bonds and phosphorus-sulfur bonds in pesticide molecules and cyano groups in liquid crystal molecules to metal ions, the orientation of liquid crystals is changed, the region where the pesticide is dripped can be observed, and the liquid crystal image changes from black to bright, so that whether the sample contains the organophosphorus pesticide or not is judged. The method has the advantages of simple operation, no need of marking the sample, small actual consumption, rapid display of detection results and the like. |
