abstract | The invention discloses a regenerated finely solidified wear layer and a construction method thereof. The regenerated finely solidified wear layer comprises a reduced regenerated adhesive layer and a composite cold-mixed cold-paved wear layer, and the reduced regenerated adhesive layer is formed by spraying a regenerated interface agent. ; Each component in the composite cold-mix cold-paved wear layer includes, in terms of weight fraction: 100 parts of aggregates, 10-14.0 parts of modified asphalt, 0-3.0 parts of cement and 0-3.0 parts of water. The modified asphalt is formed on the regenerated bonding layer and rolled by a rubber wheel, and the modified asphalt is a cross-linked normal temperature composite modified asphalt; the aggregate is 3mm-6mm basalt or diabase aggregate. The technical solution improves the performance of the aged asphalt in the original pavement, effectively enhances the bond strength between the original pavement and the composite cold-mix cold-paved wear layer, and improves the anti-skid, water-sealing, and anti-skidding properties of the original pavement without increasing the driving noise. The comprehensive performance such as delaying disease greatly prolongs the service life of the pavement, not only improves the preventive maintenance effect of asphalt pavement, but also increases the aesthetics of the pavement. |
