The invention also discloses a recombinant expression vector carrying a gene encoding laminarin degrading enzyme OUC-BsLam26 and a recombinant engineering bacterium. The lamina polysaccharide degrading enzyme OUC-BsLam26 of the present invention can act as a lamina polysaccharide substrate, and the degree of polymerization of the final product lamina oligosaccharide is 1-4. The lamina polysaccharide degrading enzyme of the invention has excellent enzymatic properties and specificity, and has important industrial application value and economic value in the enzymatic preparation of lamina oligosaccharide. |
