The invention relates to the technical field of biology, and particularly discloses a glucagon secretion monoclonal antibody hybridoma cell strain, a monoclonal antibody thereof and application thereof. The hybridoma cell strain comprises a cell strain with a preservation number of GDMCC NO: 62086 hybridoma cell strain GLU-N2-6 with the preservation number of GDMCC NO: 61986 hybridoma cell line MM 02H. The invention obtains two monoclonal antibodies aiming at different antigen epitopes of glucagon by obtaining hybridoma cell strains (hybridoma cell strain GLU-N2-6 and hybridoma cell strain MM02H) secreting anti-glucagon monoclonal antibodies, the monoclonal antibodies have higher specificity, affinity and potency, and can detect the glucagon content in serum or plasma through pairing, and the monoclonal antibodies are applied to the detection of glucagon content change or the diagnosis of products of diseases characterized by glucagon abnormal expression. |
