abstract | The invention discloses a water-based biodegradable adhesive, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the adhesive comprises the following raw materials: the preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) preparing a common monomer, a biological-based functional monomer, a biological-based chain transfer agent, an initiator, a surfactant and deionized water; the bio-based chain transfer agent comprises soybean oil polyhydric alcohol, a bio-based functional monomer, a bio-based chain transfer agent and a bio-based chain transfer agent, wherein the common monomer comprises a soft monomer, a hard monomer and a common functional monomer; the content of the bio-based functional monomer is 1.5-15% of the content of the common monomer, the content of the bio-based chain transfer agent is 0.1-1% of the content of the common monomer, the content of the initiator is 0.5-2.0% of the content of the common monomer, the content of the surfactant is 1.5-2.5% of the content of the common monomer, and the content of the deionized water is 40-60% of the total mass. The adhesive obtained by the invention has low VOC, is harmless and nontoxic, is environment-friendly, can be naturally degraded under the action of microorganisms and light, enters an ecological cycle ring, does not pollute the environment, and is widely applied. |
