The invention discloses a high-temperature and corrosion-resistant coating material and a preparation method thereof. The coating material, in parts by weight, is prepared from raw materials comprising the following components: epoxy resin (40-50) parts , Alkali-activated cementitious material (30-40) parts, polypropylene/bamboo fiber composite masterbatch (20-30) parts, dispersant polycarboxylate amine salt (5-7) parts, sand mineral (10-15) parts . This coating material uses epoxy resin as the coating substrate, and is prepared by adding alkali to stimulate the cementitious material to improve its high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and adding polypropylene/bamboo fiber composite masterbatch to improve the processing performance of the system. A high temperature and corrosion resistant coating material with excellent performance is obtained. |
