A flexible high thermal conductivity silicone rubber composite material and a preparation method and application thereof belong to the technical field of thermal conductivity materials. The silicone rubber composite material of the present invention comprises the following raw material parts by mass: 80-100 vinyl silicone oil, 14-30 single-end hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 2-15 double-end hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.2-2 side chain hydrogen-containing silicone oil, and 700 aluminum powder ~850, zinc oxide 200~250, coupling agent 1~3, inhibitor 0.3~0.5, platinum catalyst 1.5~3. The invention also provides the preparation method and application of the silicone rubber composite material. The present invention achieves a relatively good elongation at break when the filler content is 90 wt%, preferably up to 200%, by regulating the formation of the suspended tail chain in the polymer. |
