titleOfInvention A class of thiazolothiazole linear conjugated polymers and their preparation method and application
abstract The invention discloses a class of thiazolothiazole linear conjugated polymers and a preparation method and application thereof. The structural formula of the thiazolothiazole-based linear conjugated polymer provided by the present invention is shown in formula I. The material of the present invention has suitable electronic energy level, good crystallinity, excellent light absorption and carrier transport properties, and presents perfect complementarity with the narrow band gap n-type acceptor material in solar light absorption. Therefore, the organic solar cell based on the material has the characteristics of wide spectral response range, high light utilization rate, high filling factor, and high energy conversion efficiency. More importantly, the thiazolothiazole-based linear conjugated polymer provided by the present invention has the advantages of simple chemical structure, few synthesis steps, high yield, convenient preparation of derivative compounds, and the like. Based on the above advantages, the thiazolothiazole-based linear conjugated polymers provided by the present invention are expected to become a class of important organic semiconductor materials for constructing low-cost, high-performance organic photovoltaic devices.
