titleOfInvention | High-adhesion repair concrete for emergency repair of PCCP pipe and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The present application relates to high-adhesion repair concrete for emergency repair of PCCP pipes and a preparation method thereof. The repaired concrete includes two kinds of concretes that are used together, namely the high-viscosity and high-strength concrete A directly applied to the repaired surface and the high-strength concrete B applied to the surface of the high-viscosity and high-strength concrete. Wherein, the high-viscosity and high-strength concrete A is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 60-100 parts of cement, 6-10 parts of ultra-fine steel fibers, 3-5 parts of polypropylene fibers, 1-2 parts of rubber powder, water reducing agent 0.5-2 parts, micro silica fume 12-20 parts, fly ash 6-10 parts, ultra-fine aggregates 30-50 parts, water 20-30 parts. The high-viscosity and high-strength concrete A of this composition can ensure that the repaired concrete structure has excellent compressive strength, flexural strength, bonding strength, and has extremely low shrinkage rate and resistance to chloride ion penetration. |
