The invention relates to a device containing a photoelectrocatalysis composite membrane, in order to solve the problems that coenzyme is difficult to recycle in the existing enzyme catalysis chiral alcohol technology, and a traditional catalysis system is difficult to simultaneously have the problems of mild and controllable process, high catalysis efficiency and good selectivity. The device comprises a photoelectrocatalysis composite membrane, an anode chamber and a cathode chamber which are divided by the photoelectrocatalysis composite membrane, and an anode and a cathode. A photoelectrocatalysis composite membrane is used as a diaphragm of an anode chamber and a cathode chamber, electrolyte water solution is added into the anode chamber, PBS buffer solution containing enzyme, coenzyme and aldehyde/ketone compound is added into the cathode chamber, and the chiral alcohol is synthesized through enzyme catalysis and asymmetry under the illumination of a xenon lamp and external voltage.
