abstract |
The invention provides a process for reducing the particle size of a cosmetic emulsified product, comprising the following steps: heating oil phase raw materials and hot water phase raw materials respectively, adding the heated oil phase raw materials to the heated hot water phase raw materials, and adding the heated oil phase raw materials to the heated hot water phase raw materials. The resulting mixture is homogenized to obtain a concentrated emulsion; the cold water phase raw material and the concentrated emulsion are mixed. In the process of preparing the cosmetic emulsion product of the present application, the water phase adopts the method of adding hot water phase raw materials and cold water phase raw materials separately, and performs homogenization treatment. This process is conducive to reducing the particle size of the cosmetic emulsion product. Cosmetics emulsify products while reducing energy consumption. |
