abstract The invention discloses a screening method of a breast cancer distant metastasis related marker and a marker obtained by screening, wherein the screening method comprises the following steps: step S1, collecting a sample; step S2, identifying exosome proteins in the sample: separating and analyzing the exosome protein by adopting a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry combined method to obtain the expression abundance of the exosome protein in the plasma of different patients; step S3, obtaining breast cancer distant metastasis associated markers: and (4) carrying out t-test analysis on the exosome protein expression abundance data obtained in the step S2, calculating the difference multiple between the two samples, and if the difference multiple is more than 1.5, indicating that the exosome protein is the related marker of the breast cancer distant metastasis. According to the invention, a group of markers which can be used for detecting whether the breast cancer has the distant metastasis is obtained by screening through the screening method, and the markers can be used for detecting whether the cancer tissue of a breast cancer patient has the distant metastasis.
