The invention discloses a hyaluronic acid-polyethylene glycol-layered silicon dioxide composite hydrogel, which comprises hyaluronic acid, layered silicon dioxide, polyethylene glycol, inorganic salt and water. The invention overcomes the defects of rapid absorption of hyaluronic acid in human body, short retention time in tissues and the like in the prior art, improves the stability of hyaluronic acid hydrogel by using the layered silicon dioxide, can maintain longer filling effect, and obviously reduces the problem of viscosity increase of a gel system by using polyethylene glycol. The composite hydrogel can be used as a novel tissue filler, a tissue anti-adhesion agent, a tissue engineering scaffold, a sealant or an embolic agent for clinical diagnosis or treatment. |
